Star India batter Virat Kohli put on a hilarious celebration as New Zealand’s Glenn Phillips was dismissed in the first ODI of the three-match series. The game is being played on Sunday, January 11, in Vadodara.
Phillips’ dismissal came on the second ball of the 34th over of the Kiwi innings. Kuldeep Yadav bowled a slower, tossed-up googly on a good length, drawing Phillips forward. The ball moved away from the batter, and being too early into the shot, Phillips ended up giving a leading edge that floated to Shreyas Iyer at cover-point. Following the wicket, Kohli grabbed attention with his entertaining and unique celebration.
