    Lady Vols-UConn basketball game score prediction

    A top 15 matchup will be contested in women’s basketball on Sunday.

    No. 1 UConn (22-0 12-0 Big East) will host No. 15 Tennessee (14-4, 6-1 SEC) at PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford, Connecticut.

    Tipoff between the Lady Vols and Huskies is slated for noon EST. Fox will televise the rivalry matchup with Brandon Gaudin (play-by-play) and Sarah Kustok (analyst) on the call.

    Ahead of Sunday’s contest, UConn has a 95.5 percent chance to defeat the Lady Vols, according to ESPN’s Matchup Predictor. Nolan Analytics projects the Huskies to defeat Tennessee, 83-61.

    UConn leads the basketball series against the Lady Vols, 17-10, all time dating to Jan. 16, 1995. Tennessee won the last meeting, 80-76, on Feb. 6, 2025 at Food City Center in Kim Caldwell’s first season as the Lady Vols’ head coach.

    UConn is 6-4 all time against Tennessee in games contested in Connecticut. The last two road games for the Lady Vols have been played in Hartford, Connecticut (2020, 2022).
