For the fourth time in recent months, Kendall Jenner and Ben Gorham, a luxury perfume mogul, were spotted in public.

At Architecture Books, the pair grabbed coffee. Later, the photos show they were heading to the parking lot, with the Kardashian star sporting a casual-chic look.

The duo was first seen together in September at a bookstore in West Hollywood. Daily Mail, quoted fans who speculate that the supermodel and Byredo founder are planning a creative project.

They also say that if they are working, this plan may be a home fragrance line, indicating Kendall’s interest in interior design.

Separately, health and beauty are a key staple of the Kardashian clan. Given this, the supermodel thanked her sisters for their advice on preserving youthful looks.

“My sisters, you know, they’re a bit older than me, and so they’ve always kind of given Kylie [Jenner] and me advice since we were really young about … hydrating eye cream when I was like 16 or something,” she tells People.

Kendall continues, “My sisters were like, ‘You should start doing eye cream now so that you … have no fine lines,’ and things like that.”

“So I’ve always had these little tricks and things that they’ve been telling me for years that I probably didn’t even listen to … even something as simple as sunscreen,” she concludes.
